At FUMECRAFT, we value your trust and want your shopping experience to be seamless. Our return, replacement, and cancellation policies are crafted to be clear, fair, and customer-first.
Return, Replacement & Cancellation Policy
1. Easy Returns (Retail Packs Only)
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted for sealed retail packs if:
- The product is unused and in its original packaging.
- The cellophane wrap or seal has not been opened or tampered with.
- The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned or canceled:
- Perfume decants
- Partials
- Testers
- Products that have been opened or used
These are custom-prepared items, and we always ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
3. When We’ll Happily Replace Your Order
Your satisfaction is our priority. We’ll replace your product at no extra cost if:
- The product was damaged during delivery.
- There’s a manufacturing defect.
- You received a wrong item.
Important: For replacement requests, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and share a video proof recorded at the time of unboxing.
4. How to Request a Replacement
Email us at fumecraftstore@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order Number
- Reason for return/replacement
Steps to follow:
- Wait for our confirmation email before sending the item back.
- Once confirmed, ship the product to us.
- After inspection, we’ll process and ship your replacement quickly.
Please don’t send products back without our confirmation to ensure a smooth process.
5. Cancellations
- If you wish to cancel your order, email us at fumecraftstore@gmail.com immediately.
- If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we’ll cancel it hassle-free.
- Once an order is shipped, we’re unable to cancel it — we appreciate your understanding.
6. Refunds
A full refund will be issued if:
- The product you ordered is out of stock.
- We’re unable to ship your order for any reason.
- Your address is outside our delivery service area.
If a replacement product isn’t available, we’ll offer you the best possible alternatives but the final choice is yours. Refunds are processed directly to your original payment method.
7. Shipping Returned Merchandise
- Use a reliable courier or insured parcel service so your return can be tracked.
- FUMECRAFT cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
- Shipping and insurance charges for returns are non-refundable.
